STRING NET_IPToInt ( <STRING IPAddress> )
Returns the int form of the IPAddress. If the string IPAddress is not of the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, there is no guaranteed outcome.

STRING IPAddress | - The IPaddress. |
Returns
INT : The int form of the IPaddress.
